You will have:

1. Proven ability to manage rota’s and the provision of quality care.
2. Experience of rota software.
3. Effective Communication and IT skills.
4. Evidence of managing your own workload and time.
5. The ability to work to tight deadlines.
6. Qualifications relevant to the role, including NVQ level 3 in Health and Social

The role will include:

1. Managing care rota’s.
2. Updating staff with new client information and changes.
3. Responsibility for the recruitment of care workers
4. Managing capacity and liaising with brokers.
5. Providing monthly reports to directors
6. Monitoring all aspects of CM2000.
7. Supporting the supervision policy.
8. Arranging assessments with team leaders and liaising with service users and their families ensuring all key information is available.
9. Supporting the on-call overnight provision as required mon – fri
10. Providing occasional weekend on-call cover.

Hours 9am to 5pm plus on-call duties.

Salary is £16,000 – £18,000

(plus extra for on-call weekends if required)
