We have recruited,employed and trained a team of local people who together will have the skills and personal touch needed to provide excellent and effective care.
This means that Newcastle team of care assistants will spend less time traveling between calls and have the resources to commit to meeting the care needs of Newcastle residents and their families who choose to be cared for in their own home.
This means that our care team have a strong personal knowledge and experience of the Newcastle community, it’s medical and social services, it’s shops and facilities, leading to a more personalised approach to the relationships built with those they care for.
Newcastle residents ( and their families ) choosing to receive care in their own home and community will have the security of knowing that their care assistants will be local people,available ‘ whatever the weather ‘.
