1) Do you currently have 12 months or more experience in a Community Care Environment that were obtained in the last 2 years?
2) Do you have access to your own transport and are prepared to travel as part of your role?
3) Do you currently hold an NVQ2 qualification in Health & Social Care or would you be prepared to work toward this qualification?
4) Are you eligible to work within the UK?
